Influenza commonly known as flu is an infectious disease caused by the influenza virus. It is transmitted through air, direct contact like touching something that has the virus on it.
The Common symptoms are fatigue, dizziness, headache, cough, body ache, fever, nausea and vomiting. It is common that people confuse cold and flu since they share the same symptoms.
People with flu should get a lot of rest, drink plenty of liquids, avoid alcohol and tobacco.
